Kinghu - their website is only in Chinese, as you can see from the pictures they handmade every kind of traditional dress, including the jacket for men called magua or tangzhuang.

Jixiang Ruyi is a small shop that has been recommended online, also in English. It seems they mostly have ready made dresses that will adjust for you. Don't miss their Facebook page with a lot of gorgeous qipao.

With more than 50 years of experience, Master Hsu Rong-YI is one of the legendary tailors that have seen the "golden age" of qipao in Taiwan, from the 50's to the 80's.
In this video you can see him still working in his atelier in Boai Rd, where all the dresses are proudly tailor made.

One of the largest atelier is Londee. Londee was founded in 1965 by Ms. Tsai Mon-Sha, originally a teacher at tayloring school. Londee moved from the traditional qipao to more modernized dresses that mix tradition and western influences.
Londee have many shops around the island, especially in the best department stores (you can find the locations in their website, only in the chinese section since the english section is not finished.
